Server/Floor Manager
The Server/Floor Manager participates in the interview and hiring processes for servers. Responsibilities include overseeing, directing, training, ordering supplies, maintaining inventory, scheduling shifts, supporting events, and adhering to safety practices. In addition, the server manager ensures efficient restaurant operation, as well as maintain high productivity, quality, and customer-service standards for subordinates.

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Work closely with other manager(s) to ensure an exceptional customer experience
- Lead team meetings and participate in manager / business meetings
- Develop training material for servers
- Responsible for the server schedule. Ensure proper staffing and be available to cover shifts as needed
- Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints
- Conduct regular team and 1×1 meetings. Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity
- Estimate future needs for goods, utensils and cleaning products, maintaining weekly inventory and coordinate / ordering on a timely manner within the budget approved by upper management
- Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations

Requirements:

- Washes all wares including pots, plans, flatware, and glasses, by hand or using dishwashers.
- Correctly places and stores clean equipment, dishes, and utensils in assigned storage areas.
